Turning strategic amition into behavior change

Whether an organization is adopting AI, developing its leaders, or changing how teams work, success depends on what people actually do - and on the culture, norms, and organizational conditions shaping their behavior.

I use my background in social psychology to help leaders and teams understand those dynamics, make complex research accessible, and turn that knowledge into practical changes in how people lead, collaborate, and perform.

My work ranges from strategic consulting and executive sessions to tailored workshops and longer leadership development programs, sometimes in collaboration with fellow faculty at AVT Business School. I teach and facilitate in English and Danish, both online and in person.

Leadership Development &
Executive Programs

I work with HR teams and senior leaders to understand what their leaders need and design development around those challenges. From executive workshops to longer leadership programs, I combine research-based teaching, facilitation, coaching, and assessments to help leaders put learning into practice.

The Human Side of AI &
Transformation

Successful transformation depends on people changing how they work. I help leaders understand what makes employees embrace, resist, or work around change, and how to create the trust, shared norms, and opportunities for experimentation that make adoption possible..

Organizational Culture &
Change

I help organizations understand what's really shaping how people work, including the unwritten rules, expectations, and structures that influence behavior. Through research, assessments, and conversations with leaders and employees, I identify what's getting in the way and help translate those insights into practical changes.

Inclusive Leadership &
High Performance

Drawing on my research into bias, identity, and group dynamics, I help leaders understand how their decisions and everyday behavior affect the people around them. My work focuses on strengthening psychological safety, improving decision-making, and creating environments where people can contribute and perform at their best.

How I work

I start by getting to know the organization and the people in it. Working closely with HR teams and leaders, I look beyond the initial brief to understand what's happening in practice, what's getting in the way, and what needs to change. I draw on research, data, and conversations with the people closest to the challenge to develop an approach that fits the organization.

I'm hands-on throughout the process, from designing the solution to teaching, facilitating, and following up. One of my strengths is making complex ideas understandable and engaging, meeting people where they are, and helping them connect what they're learning to their own challenges. I also develop tailored assessments, exercises, and practical tools that help turn insights into action and evaluate what's changed.
